I can even do site plans for subdivisions and plots to get approvals from the city for rezoning and permits.

Study plans start at $250 and include basic floor plan and full exterior 3d model!

Ready to go to full on construction mode? I can take those study plans and turn them into professional blueprints starting at $0.45/sqft (finished)/$0.25 (unfinished).

NOTE: I am not a licensed architect or advertise to be one. I can complete blueprints based off of the recommendations of the contractors and engineers. Most building departments do not require a licensed architect to stamp the plans. Please contact me with any questions regarding permits and approvals.
