Our very first project. Designed to be used as a vacation home and a rental, Shug-A-Bear Ridge, as it is cleverly named by Smoky Falls Vacation Rentals, sits back in the Smoky Falls community. The house was designed to take in the views of the surrounding mountains but still be private enough for the owners and fellow tennants.
